Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

1. What Can Be Returned

We accept returns or exchanges on most products, with the exceptions listed below.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Gardening accessories (tools, planters, gloves, kits)
  • Masala dabbas & spice products (unopened)
  • Seeds (limited cases – see Seeds Policy below)

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Opened or partially used seed packets
  • Perishable goods
  • Products marked Final Sale at time of purchase

2. Seeds — Special Policy

Due to the nature of seeds and variables affecting germination, seeds are not returnable once shipped, except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong seed variety
  • Seeds were damaged during transit (crushed, wet, or moldy)

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

3. Return Timeframes

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
  • Issues with seeds or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Requests outside these windows cannot be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return or report an issue, please email us at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

We typically respond within 2 business days.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Exchanges or store credit are available upon request.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and original packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
