Chillies

Chillies are one of the most essential ingredients in Indian cooking. Many dishes begin with fresh green chilies sizzling in oil, while dried red chilies bring color, aroma, and heat to curries, dals, and spice blends.

Our chilli seeds include varieties commonly used across Indian kitchens, from everyday green chilies to famous regional types such as Kashmiri, Guntur, and Kanthari. Some are valued for bright color and mild heat, while others are grown for intense spice.

Chilli plants grow well in warm, sunny gardens and are also well suited to containers and patio growing. With regular watering and plenty of sun, a few plants can provide fresh chilies throughout the season.
